We serve all of San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.
Q
How are we Paid?
A
We are a private business. All of the retirement homes that we work with pay us a finders' fee when we successfully place a client into their facility.
Q
Will I have to drive to tour a facility?
A
No. We offer transportation for tours.
Q
Will I need to sign anything to use our service?
A
Yes. We have an agreement that must be signed in order to prove that we are representing you to the retirement homes, and in the event of Assisted Living or Alzheimer's Care, to obtain records. By signing our agreement, you are in no way obligated, nor will you be asked for any payment.
Q
I don't want to waste your time if I change my mind.
A
If for some reason you do not want to move after all, or you choose a home outside of our network, we will simply wish you luck, close our case and file it away. We are only here to help.
Q
Do I need to call around to different retirement homes?
A
No, there is no need for you to spend your time calling around different facilities only to find that they are not right for you. We have placed many residents in local homes, and try to match up personalities to insure a successful placement. We also have inspection reports, maps, and much more information because we deal with these facilities regularly.
Q
How long does it take to find an appropriate facility and move in?
A
We have placed many clients in as little as 24 hours. We've also had many clients that preferred to wait several months before they moved in. It is an individual choice.
Q
Will I be charged more by a retirement home if I use your service?
A
No. As a matter of fact, because of the sheer volume of our clients, we can negotiate a better price for you. We welcome you to do a comparison.
